The cost of hire relates to the room you require and whether you are using the facilities during the week or the weekend. There are three rooms, Hall, Garrad Room and Committee rooms all let on a sessional basis - a morning - an afternoon - or during the evening. You may also wish to book for a whole day.
The below prices have been given for a Saturday and should be accepted as a guide only. It is likely the actual costs will be lower and you are advised to speak with the Lettings Secretary to confirm the actual figures

GUIDE PRICES FOR A SATURDAY AS OF MAY 2018
Note. There is likely to be a nominal increase every two years
There is a small reduction for other days in the week.
Hall £65 per morning; £65 per afternoon; £105 Evening ; £140 all day
Garrad Room £40 per morning; £40 per afternoon; £40 Evening ; £65 all day
Committee Room £25 per morning; £25 per afternoon; £25 Evening ; £40 all day
Total facilities (all 3 rooms ) £105 per morning; £105 per afternoon; £130 Evening ; £190 all day
Weddings and anniversaries (please see Special Functions)
Hiring is from the Friday evening to facilitate decoration, table laying etc. The main even on the Saturday leaving Sunday morning for you to clear up and remove decorations.
The hall can be fitted out with an internal lining supplied by a marquee firm of your choice. This is usually errected on the Friday and taken down on Sunday morning. The effect is to change the community centre into a rather beautiful venue for up to 100 people.
Guide price £500 plus cost of Marquee lining supplied by a local firm (speak to Lettings Secretary)
If you would prefer wedding chairs and round tables these can be supplied by the Marquee firm.
